Dizziness is among the most prevalent complaints for which people seek medical
help and increases with advancing age. We are starting a new randomized controlled
trial to develop effective exercise intervention to reduce dizziness and
fall risk in older adults with non-specific dizziness (i.e., with no vestibular
pathology). The objectives of this study are to determine if an intervention
of vestibular exercises can improve gaze and postural stability and reduce
fall risk.
